I was taking a flight lesson in Connecticut. Close to the city. I was in a small plane. From here you can just hardly see the skyline. I had seen several planes on their approach to LaGuardia. I could not see the planes hit the towers, but I think I saw something out of the corner of my eye. It was what looked like a small fire somewhere in the skyline. My instructor an I looked at each other, but thought it was just a small fire. About a half hour later the air traffic controllers at my home airport announced something we had never heard. "All aircraft must land immedeately". "There has been a federal emergency declared". I will never forget those words, never.

I remember September 11th like yesterday. I heard on the radio that there had been an attack on the Pentagon and World Trade Center. I was on my way to school and Everyone on the bus was very attentive to the radio that was relaying the dredful news to us. When I got to school all I could hear was rumers about how there was bombs and ammo and so on. I figured that I would be better off just ignoring the rumers 'till I got home from school. In my English class we had the T.V. on and all of us were paying attention to the details and, of course, the accusations. I very specifically remember that my teacher said not to say anything to anyone about what their country did because their country is not them, and they can't control what their country or it's people do. That wasn't even to mention that we still weren't sure exactly who did it. I was then, after 1st period, that I was so anxious to get home and see the news. Now, about nine months after the 9-11 tragedy occured, I still don't go even one day without being reminded of the many who aren't here today.

I found out about what happened to 9/11 when i got up in the morning and I saw my mom watching tv. That's weird because it's too early. So, I went to the bathroom wash my face then I went straight to the kitchen and eat my breakfast. Then suddenly I heard my mom she was yelling and calling my name so I was so scared and I start running then I asked her what happened then she said that two airplane crashed into the twin tower and even to the pentagon. So, I decided to go inside my room and turn on my tv because I know that their going to show what actually happened that early morning. I was shocked when I saw what happened because a lot of people was inside working. I feel sad for all the people who lost their love one's. Let's pray for them......
