My heart goes out to all those who have either lost a family member or a friend in this most incredible tragedy.

Recently, while scanning the shelves at a local used bookstore, I came across a book titled: "Windows on the World Complete Wine Course" by Kevin Zraly, located on the 107th floor of the World Trade Center. It is full of signatures on the inside and back cover, possibly those of people who had their offices there. If anyone knows or would like to have more information, please contact me.

Hi, I'm Jonathan Green. I was on my way to homeroom at my local highschool when I heard that the WTC had been hit. I didn't believe it until I saw it on the T.V. in my homeroom class. I couldn't believe what I saw, but realization set in rather quickly. Ever since, I have done nothing but prayed for my government, my nation, my local policemen, fireman, and most importantly our nations military. I didn't have family, but it really upset me, that I wasn't able to do anything but watch as the WTC fell. I think I've said enough about my comments, and these were my thoughts, so I don't have much to say. I felt sorry for the family also. But for now, this is it. Except that I must say that I have also prayed for the families of the victims. But for now, I have to go.

I was exercising in my living room while watching cable. My dad came downstairs and said turn on the t.v. I put on Channel 4 NBC, and felt my heart drop as I saw the hole in the first tower. All I kept saying was "Oh my God, those poor people!!". The second tower was hit as I watched, and half a second later, I heard it. I live in Staten Island, only a couple miles from downtown NYC, so it was like it was in stereo. Seeing it and hearing it, was terrible. A few of my friends work downtown, so during the day I got in touch with them to check on them. At 5, I called Jamie and said "I'm so glad to hear your voice". Her answer was "You don't hear all our voices". My heart dropped again that day. What did she mean? Her older sister Kristen Montanaro, 34, worked on the 93rd floor of Tower 1 and no one had heard from her. When I was saying "Oh my God, those poor people" I had no idea Kristen was in there. She hasn't been found, and hope has faded that she will. Rest in Peace Kristen. I'm sure your sparkling eyes are looking down on us all. Have you seen all the bracelets??? I'll have everyone wearing one by summer :)

Hi well it was september 11 and it was an odd day for my school. i didnt really notice what happened until i turned on my radio as a regular routine when i heard something that i never heard before. People were crying saying that they saw something fall and at first i thought it was a commercial but then they told the world to turn on the T.V. right when i turned it on i was so shocked... seeing a big building burning in flames. Honestly i didnt even know what the world trade centers were until i saw it on tv and then i was so heart broken seeing a building going down just like that. When i reached school thats all me and my friends along with teachers could talk about. That was our subject throughout the whole day and everyone was so devestated by the actions of some dumb terrorist. All i know is that i am happy that me and my family became more tight and closer and the fact that the families of others lost their mom, dad, sister, brother, daughter, son, or just friend...I give my love to you guys

Well on the day of september 11, it was just another day of school, I got up and got ready as always. My uncle was droping us off, he said was saying some nonsence that theres no school today, so, me and my cuzins thought he was just jokeing so we just went on and he was dropping us off. While he was droping us off we always listen to the radio on the way, so on the radio they were talking about it. I thought it was some joke again so i just didn't take it seriously, until we reached school and people were talking about it, and then after in class, the teachers were talking about it, so well now, it wasen't a joke. In class we watched the news on whats going on and what people are doing. Well thats about it, thats how I found out.
