I was at work when the shockin events of 9/11 happened. We heard it on the radio and at first like many people i dont think i understood the enormity of what had just happened. I remember crying in my car on the way home as i listened to the radio. i called in to see my mum and then my brothers and nieces and nephews and feeling quite humbled that i had such a fantastic and beautiful family, and more selfishly that i still had them alive and around me. My thoughts went out the victims and their familys and still do now. And for the rest of my life my thoughts will continue going out to them on the anniversary of this tragic event.

I WAS AT HOME AND A FAMILY MEMBER RANG ME TO WATCH TV. I WAS SHOCKED AND OUTRAGED THAT MUSLIMS COULD CARRY OUT SUCH A BARBARIC ACT IN THE NAME OF GOD.
IT IS MY VERY FIRM BELIEF THAT AMERICA MUST ACT AGAINST ALL THREATS OF TERRORISM. I FULLY SUPPOERT ANY ACTION AGAINST IRAQ AND AL QEDA WE MUST PROTECT THE REST OF THE WORLD AGAINST SUCH EVIL.
MY HEART GOES OUT TO ALL THE FAMILIES WHO SUFFERED SUCH PAIN AND GRIEF. MAY GOD BLESS THEM ALL

I was ending a holiday in England by visiting my Gran. Myself and my 18 yr old Brother had been watching a video in the lounge when we turned on the news. To our horror we heard about the "accident" later to be confirmed as pure evilness.
We all gathered around, watching in disbeleif. One word was on our minds. Why? We watched all afternoon. When we saw the second plane strike, i began to cry. I couldnt understand why it had happened.
We were having a party that night, but i wasnt in the mood for it. I went into the Caravan and listened to the Radio all night. I had just booked my Holiday to NYC, and began to worry.
I phoned my work in Scotland, who were all aware of it, and because of our nature of work, had been put on high alert.
God bless America!

I was at work, whem my boyfriend at the time rang me, I was confused as we had only spoke an hour before in my lunch hour. He said that he was watching the news at two planes had crashed into two towers in America. I just went on MSNBC's website immediatly. I saw the whole thing unfold. That night it was all over the TV, I was in tears

i WAS TAKING A CLIENT HOME WHEN HIS FATHER SAID THERE WAS A PLANE CRASH AT THE WORLD TRADE CENTRE. WHEN I WENT HOME I COULD NOT BELIEVE WHAT WAS HAPPENING IT WAS SO UNBELIEVABLE. IT STILL BRINGS A TEAR TO MY EYES ALL THOSE INOCENT PEOPLE GOING ABOUT THERE EVERY DAY BUSINESS. HOW ANY HUMAN BEING COULD HAVE CARRIED OUT THOSE HORRIBLE ACTS AGAINTS SO MANY INNOCENT PEOPLE IS UNFORGIVABLE AND WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN.
