On September 11 I woke up and it was like any other day to me. But this day I woke up late and I was in a rush to get to school. Every other day I turn on the news and wach what is happening every morning. I was so late that I didnt wach the news and on my way to school I heard the radio say that a plain hit the world train center. I was in shock and when I got to school I found out that a plain hit the pentagon. Durnig seccond hour we were watching the news and we sawl the other plain hit and we sawl the people jumping and it was terrifying to me and everyone. It was all kinda still like a dream to me until the towers started to drop. It is now six months later and we watched the 9/11 documentry and it was so shocking to me. When we started to bomb the Afganastans I was a little happier but I was still sad that our nation lost so many people that day. I thank god that the fierfighterd didnt hyave any fear and they got so many people out of their. I am just so thatnkful that god gave them the streinght. GOD BLESS AMERICA

september 11,2002 I was getting ready to go to school it was like any other day, I was tired. when I got to school the anousments went on and they said that the world trade center had been hit, I was confused because I didn't know what the world trade center was, I didn't know how important it was. After weeks past I started to understand what was going on, I felt realy bad for all the families and everyone that was affected by that day.

I remember the attacks of September 11 i remember being in school down on 24th street, I remeber hearing about the first crash and my friend and I running to the balcony on the 10th floor of our school staring in astonishment as we saw a second plane go in minutes after. I remeber watching figures almost looking like ants going down the sides of the buildings. As i looked for several mnts i saw the first tower fall. During this time I had heard of the other plane crashes and me being into computers thought it was a Y2K problem. Then I found out that people had benn running around certain states opening fire on others, then I knew there was problem. These attacks made my mother take me out of the school, these memories wll remain in my mind always. My heart is with all the victims and families of the attacks on September 11, 2001, not only in the world trade center but in the other attacks as well.

Hi,
My name is Ellie and I live in Israel.
I was getting ready to go to a girl scouts meet when my grandmother called me into the tv room... at first i thought that it was most likely an accidant, that the plane must have gone out of control.
My second thought, which turned out to be true, was that it was a terrorist attack, but i ruled that out almost straight away, because, well--hey, it's America. things arn't meant to happen like that there...
I wasn't really shaken by it at first, because i see so much death and carnage happening to my country, that i wasnt phased by what happened... seeing something on t.v is a lot less frightening than actually being in a terror attack (i was standing at a bus stop when a suicide bomber blew himself up), but the thing that woke me up, was the number of people killed, not the terror act itself(hey, im used to them).
God bless America.
